The Undersecretary of Al-Baha Region, Dr. Abdulmonem Al-Shehri, honored the Mayor of Al-Baha, Dr. Ali bin Mohammad Al-Swat, at the conclusion of the 3rd annual "Ghair" Forum, organized by the Council of Non-Governmental Organizations in Al-Baha.
