by applying the necessary administrative controls and technical measures, as
outlined in the relevant systems, regulations, decisions, and policies.

various channels of the Municipality, the purpose of collecting and processing
this data, and how it is protected.

Sharing Personal Data: According to the data-sharing policy issued by
the National Data Management Office, we will not share your personal data with
non-governmental entities unless they are authorized to perform specific
government services or unless we have obtained your consent to do so.
We may share necessary personal data with
government entities for specific purposes based on legal grounds or a justified
practical need aiming to achieve a public interest without causing harm to
national interests, agency activities, individual privacy, or environmental
safety. Data that is excluded by royal orders is not shared.
When sharing your personal data, it will be

regulations, and we may take additional steps to ensure the protection of your
data by signing data-sharing agreements with other entities based on specific
terms and conditions consistent with data-sharing principles.
Storing and Transferring Personal Data Outside
the Kingdom: In accordance
with the applicable regulations, your personal data will be stored and
processed securely within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s geographical boundaries
to ensure the protection of digital national sovereignty over the data, unless
there are cases where data is transferred or processed outside the Kingdom’s
borders, as specified in Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
Protecting Personal Data: Protecting your personal data and ensuring it
is handled correctly is a primary priority for us. We ensure that personal data
is only accessible to authorized individuals through the implementation of
various technical and organizational measures, including but not limited to:
- Controlling
access to systems and networks.
- Training
staff on data protection.
- Implementing
appropriate security measures to protect data, such as encryption.
- Deleting
personal data when it is no longer needed, in accordance with applicable
regulations, as stated in Article 18 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
- Providing
a secure physical environment for the paper records of personal data.

Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Processing:
- The right
to be informed: This includes informing you of the legitimate or practical
grounds for collecting your personal data, the purpose for which it is
collected, and that it will not be processed in ways that contradict the
purpose for which it was collected, except in the cases specified in
Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
- The right
to access your personal data: This includes reviewing and obtaining a copy
of your data in a clear format consistent with the records, free of
charge, as stipulated in the regulations, and without violating the credit
information system fees or the provisions of Article 9 of the Personal
Data Protection Law.
- The right
to request correction of your personal data held by the Municipality, or
its completion or update.
- The right
to request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer
required, in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Data Protection
Law.

may be subject to specific exceptions and exemptions outlined in the law. Each
case will be assessed individually to ensure appropriateness.
