What is the procedure if the customer’s license does not appear in the system?

You can log in using the applicant role (Owner / Facility Manager). If it does not exist, please contact us. (Internal response) If the license does not exist, it can be added by the beneficiary themselves through the Balady portal and approved by the Ministry.

How is the license expiry date and payment due date determined?

They are determined from the license start date based on the number of license years and the number of payment years.

I cannot enter the national ID number in the location verification when issuing a commercial license, and the title deed owner is the same as the commercial registration owner, with the error message “Sorry, the title deed data is incorrect.” What is the procedure?

If the commercial registration is an establishment or a single-owner company, it is sufficient for the commercial registration owner to be the owner of the title deed. If the commercial registration type is not as mentioned above, then the commercial registration must be the owner of the title deed, or a lease agreement must be signed.

You can inquire about the license by selecting Electronic Inquiry to identify the ID registered on the license (National ID / Commercial Registration). If it is not found, please contact us.

If the license is linked to a commercial registration, please select the applicant role (Owner / Facility Manager). If the license has not been added to the Balady platform, please add it through the (License not available in the system) entry screen when applying for commercial license services.

You can submit a request to renew an expired commercial license or within 90 days before the license expiry date.

Can a renewal service be requested for a license that has not expired and has less than 90 days remaining?

An expired license or a valid license within 90 days can be renewed.

What is the solution when the message “The license is under subsequent inspection” appears when applying for the renewal service?

The license can still be renewed even if it is under subsequent inspection.
