Al-Baha Municipality Launches Beneficiary Portal (CRM) to Enhance Effective Digital Communication

Al-Baha Municipality has launched the Beneficiary Portal (CRM) to facilitate communication between beneficiaries and the Municipality, allowing for the submission and electronic tracking of requests with ease.

The portal enables beneficiaries to:

Submit requests, reports, and suggestions electronically.
Track the status of requests moment by moment.
Ensure rapid response and improved service quality.
Evaluate the service and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
