The Main Emergency and Crisis Center at the Al Baha Region Municipality continues to enhance its operational readiness, achieving significant milestones during the first half of 2026, most notably the operation of its new headquarters, progress in the “Sumoud” index, the launch of the Emergency Knights Volunteer Team, and achieving a 100% closure rate for 940 reports with a 95% customer satisfaction rate.
