Al-Mukhwah Municipality Signs 3 Investment Contracts Worth Over 5 Million SAR

In the presence of #أمين_منطقة_الباحة Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Sawat, the Mayor of #بلدية_محافظة_المخواة signed three unique investment contracts:

1️⃣ Construction, operation, and maintenance of a commercial-residential complex in Al-Faisaliah District
2️⃣ Demolition, reconstruction, construction, operation, and maintenance of exhibitions and conference facilities
3️⃣ Construction, operation, and maintenance of a commercial complex in the Triangle area

With a total value of 5,030,868 SAR and an investment duration of up to 25 years, as part of the Municipality’s efforts to promote development and attract investments.
