1- Access the service through the Al-Baha Municipality website via (E-Services → Service Guide → Individuals Services → Construction Permit Services → Request/Inquiry for Approved Site Plan – Beneficiary).

2- Agree to the terms and sign in using the National Single Sign-On (Nafath).

3- The beneficiary must complete the following fields:

• Select the request type (Approved Site Plan Request / Approved Site Plan Request with Pickup Appointment).

• Select the plan from the dropdown menu.

• Enter the plot number.

• If the request is submitted by the beneficiary, select “Beneficiary” and attach (the deed + ID card).

• If submitted by an agent/authorized person, select “Agent/Authorized” and attach (the deed + authorization/POA + heirs certificate if the owner is deceased).

• Click (Save and Submit). A text message with the request number will be sent to the beneficiary.

4- The beneficiary can track the request status through the Site Plan Inquiry page using the request number, as well as print the site plan, view the pickup appointment, and check all related notes.
