In the year 2013, the Municipality of Al-Baha launched a project for asphalting, sidewalks, and lighting for the Municipality of Al-Baha and its affiliated municipalities. The municipality of Bani Hassan Governorate implemented the project (the first phase), which cost 4,971,000 riyals, and it was completed in 2016.
The project is a garden, characterized by green spaces, amusement parks, and all services such as toilets and others.
In the year 2018, the works of the first phase of constructing a building for the municipality of Bani Hassan Governorate began, at a cost of 1,242,000 riyals, and it was completed in 2019.
