Biography

Eng. Mohammed Al-Zahrani brings more than 30 years of professional experience in urban planning and strategic development. Throughout his career, he has overseen the preparation and implementation of strategic and local plans, in addition to providing strategic supervision for flood risk mitigation projects in Al Baha City. His extensive expertise has contributed significantly to sustainable development and urban growth initiatives across the region. Education and Professional Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Islamic Architecture from Umm Al-Qura University. Certified Professional Member of the International Association for GRC Professionals (IAGRCP). Holder of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Eng. Al-Zahrani has also served in several leadership positions in the Al Baha Region, contributing to the successful management and delivery of numerous strategic and developmental initiatives.
